About Us

      Institute of New Energy, Wuhan (INEW) was jointly established by the Wuhan Municipal People's Government and Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in July 2016. The institute is dedicated to the technological research and development, project incubation, and industrial investment of new energy, with the goal of ensuring sustainable development through the development and utilization of new energy.

 

      By integrating domestic and international resources, and leveraging the disciplinary strengths of HUST as well as the policy and market resources of Wuhan, INEW focuses on technological innovation and entrepreneurial services. INEW strives to make significant breakthroughs in four areas: clean and efficient utilization of traditional energy, full industrial chain of new energy, energy internet, and energy policies, while nurturing innovative technologies and enterprises in the new energy sector.

 

      Wuhan Youwei Cloud Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. is the Smart Building and Energy Division of INEW. We specialize in technical development, construction, and operational services in the field of intelligent energy systems. Our core services include research and technical support in the new energy industry, AI-driven energy management and IoT solutions for air-conditioning systems, energy performance contracting and intelligent O&M services, as well as advanced energy project construction, consulting, development, and management.

 

    Leveraging the technical expertise and laboratory R&D resources of HUST and INEW, we established an intelligent energy and building center. It explores efficient management of new energy and building energy-saving sectors, optimizes AI algorithms across various application scenarios, and consistently remains at the forefront of the industry. Our products feature core technologies and are applicable to diverse building types, including large commercial complexes, office buildings, government agencies, hotels, factories, industrial parks, airports, and transportation hubs. The proposed technical solutions achieve a comprehensive energy-saving rate of 20% - 50%, delivering remarkable energy-saving outcomes.
