BOT mode

The project is invested in and constructed by the energy-saving company (ESCO). After operating for the agreed number of years, the project will be handed over to the client.

EMC mode

The ESCO invests in and implements the project. The client repays the investment cost to the ESCO with the cost savings from the reduced energy use.

BT mode

The ESCO funds the energy-saving renovation. The client makes installment payments in accordance with the total price stipulated in the contract, and then the ESCO hands over the project to the client.

Engineering mode

The client finances the project and entrusts an ESCO to conduct the energy-saving renovation.

BOO mode

The project is wholly invested, constructed and operated by the ESCO.

Energy Cost Entrustment Model

During the contract period, the client entrusts the ESCO with the operation management and energy-saving renovation of the energy system at the agreed cost.

Energy-saving Benefit Sharing Model

The ESCO invests in and implements energy-saving projects. The client and the ESCO jointly share the economic benefits according to the agreed proportion.

Guaranteed Energy Savings

The ESCO commits to the energy savings of the retrofit project. The project is funded jointly by both the ESCO and the client or independently by either party. After the project is completed, if both parties jointly confirm that the actual energy savings of the project reach the committed amount, the client pays the relevant fees to the ESCO; if it fails to reach the committed energy savings, the ESCO compensates the client for the shortfall in the committed energy savings as per the contract.
