On March 12, 2025, the Hubei Kaiwei Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. 2.5MWp distributed photovoltaic project, developed by Wuhan Youwei Yun Energy-Saving Technology Co., Ltd. and constructed by Zhongtou Huineng (Hubei) Construction Co., Ltd., officially commenced construction in the Suizhou High-tech Industrial Park, Hubei Province, marking another solid step in the company's expansion into the new energy sector. Kaiwei The 2.5MWp distributed photovoltaic project of Hubei Kaiwei Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. officially started construction in the Suizhou High-tech Industrial Park, Hubei Province. This marks another significant step forward in the company's new energy business.

This project, a key new energy project undertaken by Zhongtou Construction in the Suizhou High-tech Industrial Park, Hubei Province, has a total investment of 6 million yuan. It utilizes approximately 21,180 square meters of roof area and is expected to have a construction period of 6 months. The project adopts a "self-generation and self-use, surplus to the grid" model. A total of 4065 pieces of 615Wp monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules will be installed. It is planned to connect to the 10KV busbar of the Hubei Kaiwei Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. switch room via a 10KV line, with an expected installed capacity of 2499.975kWp.

The distributed photovoltaic project of Hubei Kaiwei Polymer Materials Co., Ltd. is an important practice in response to the national "dual carbon" strategy. After completion, the project is expected to provide the enterprise with 2.5208 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity annually, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 2513 tons.
