Central China Power Grid City Dispatching and Emergency Command Center Building Intelligent Control Integration Project
Project Location:Wuhan City, Hubei Province
Project content:Central China Power Grid Dispatching and Emergency Command Center in the same city, with a total construction area of 9821.92 m2, three floors above the building ground (local two floors), and a U-shaped layout of the building plane. This project aims at the concepts of visualization, intelligence, networking and integration, and realizes the step-by-step visualization of the park, architecture, interior and equipment of the building. Integrated building IBMS system focuses on intelligent monitoring of the building, including video surveillance, intelligent lighting, intelligent elevator, intelligent water supply, intelligent fire and other management systems, building building management monitoring, early warning, diagnosis, analysis of the integration of 3D visualization platform.
Project results:Intelligent buildings use artificial intelligence, digital twins and other IOT technologies to integrate building systems into the integrated energy management digital twin platform to realize the control and decision-making of the overall optimization of the building, and achieve a safe, efficient, green and low-carbon operation state. Building energy efficiency is increased by 20%, and operation and maintenance costs are reduced by 30%.
