Project content： Lichuan People's Hospital is a three-level general hospital integrating medical treatment, first aid, rehabilitation, prevention, health care, teaching, and scientific research. It covers an area of more than 100 acres; total assets are more than 0.5 billion yuan; 1100 open beds. The project will carry out the air conditioning system energy-saving transformation of cold and heat sources, domestic hot water energy-saving transformation, power distribution room transformation, and establish a set of energy supervision information platform for the hospital, it can measure the power consumption system and equipment of the building by item and equipment; at the same time, it can implement online monitoring, real-time measurement, timely summary, and dynamic release of energy consumption information by item and equipment to provide hospitals with comprehensive energy digital and intelligent "package" services.
Project results：Establish a set of energy supervision information platform for the hospital, provide scientific basis for scientific management, reasonable evaluation, improve energy use efficiency and strictly control energy cost, and improve the energy management level of the building through the fine management means of energy consumption system. The comprehensive energy saving rate of the project is 13%, which can save more than 1 million yuan a year for the hospital.
