Project content: The project uses data collection and big data analysis on Baozhi Building, and then transforms the central air conditioner to monitor and analyze the cooling demand and equipment operation status of each region in real time. On-demand cooling control mode, to achieve energy-saving operation of the system, and the implementation of energy consumption centralized monitoring to replace the existing control mode. The energy-saving system realizes group control of the refrigeration station of the central air-conditioning system, and integrates the refrigeration station and the terminal air system for centralized intelligent monitoring to realize intelligent operation and maintenance.

Project results: The project uses the central air-conditioning energy-saving AI control system to reduce the energy consumption of the system for Baozhi Building and realize the comprehensive power saving rate of more than 15% for the transformation of the central air-conditioning system.
